ALL IS WELL, THATS END WELL, MAXWELL. Thank You S.Y 2023-2024

As the academic year comes to an end, I find myself reflecting on my time in this school and realizing that no one can replace the memories and experiences I have had in my section. I have heard the saying that "all is well that ends well," but for me, it is more than that. This academic year has been filled with both challenges and joys, and I believe that it is precisely because of my section and the people in it that it has been such a special time.

From day one of the course, I was deeply touched by the warmth and openness of my classmates. Despite the initial challenge of connecting in a new environment, our section quickly formed a tight-knit team, supporting each other academically and personally. The sense of community we built was truly special, reminding me of how fortunate I was to be surrounded by such exceptional individuals.

Throughout the year, I witnessed the transformative power of the bonds forged within our section. Despite our diverse backgrounds and goals, our shared passion for learning and self-improvement propelled us to achieve remarkable feats through teamwork and encouragement. Each person brought something unique to the group, contributing to our collective success.

As time went on, I came to appreciate the vital role of having a supportive section. Whether facing academic challenges or personal struggles, I never felt alone because my classmates always had my back, just as I had theirs. This sense of solidarity provided a profound sense of security and comfort.

Looking back on the academic year, I realize that the experiences and memories shared with my section are irreplaceable. It's been a period of growth, learning, and pure joy. My section mates will forever hold a special place in my heart, and I am eternally grateful for the journey that has shaped me into who I am today. Until we meet again, All is well, MA-X-W-E-L-L!

A Dream To Accomplish

I see myself either a nurse, teacher in science or a engineer after 10 years.

       ~   Engineer ~

My first option is engineering because i’m good at math and stuff that is related to engineering and beside from my skills, engineer has a high salary and I may able to help my family financially. Engineering offers a unique blend of creativity, problem-solving, and tangible impact. It's about turning ideas into reality, whether it's designing innovative technologies, solving real-world problems, or creating sustainable solutions for the future. Engineering is a field that constantly evolves, offering endless opportunities for growth and contribution to society.

          ~ Nursing ~

Nursing isn’t my choice but my family ‘s choice. A nurse also has a high salary as of now and they think i’m good at mecidines and helping people so they recommended na nurse kunin ko( am I?) HAHAHA. In my family you are not the one who’ll choose what career na kukunin mo. Nursing is a deeply rewarding profession centered on compassion, care, and making a difference in people's lives during times of vulnerability. It offers the opportunity to provide direct support and comfort to individuals and families, promoting health and wellness while also being part of a dynamic and evolving field at the forefront of healthcare. It’s super hard din kasi they have a high expectations sakin and they choose yung course na hindi ako magaling and I hope na makakeep up ako and be able to graduate with or without Latin honors.

               ~ Teacher  ~

My third option is teacher. Why? Well even though maliit lang salary ng teacher(based lang at a Sa position mo) okay lang sakin as long as I teach students properly and help them understand things na madadala Nila Sa kanilang pagtanda and that’s what's important. Teaching is a profession that enables one to inspire, empower, and shape the minds of future generations. It's about fostering a love for learning, nurturing curiosity, and instilling valuable skills and knowledge that students will carry with them throughout their lives. Being a teacher allows for the opportunity to make a lasting impact on individuals and communities, helping to build a brighter and more informed future.

Well, inorder to achieve these goals I will study hard and I think just be yourself because paghindi ka nagtiwala Sa sarili mo u can’t achieve it. Hopefully I will become successful one day and start my own family. As soon as possible I want to move out. Yeahh some people see me na may perfect family and supportive parents but in reality I don’t. I attempted suicide last year because of my parents separation and yun imbes na motivate nila ako mas lali akong dinodown in a way na kinocompare ako Sa mga cousins ko.

But thanks to this wonderful person, I survived(?) because he motivated me, he helped me with my studies and stuff and it’s like he’s my therapist(lover)huyhhh?? HAHAHAHAH ngem for real being with him makes me happy and parang I said to myself na I wanna live long and be with him for the rest of my life. Yes Him. The world may be cruel for us to be together but it's love and walang makakatalo sa love diba? I know ma'am Evelyn na this Blog eh dapat pgusapan about what do we see ourself 10 years from now but I wanna share my life HAHAHAHHA(awan gaming pagrant’k ma'am sorry). Soo yeah I know that marami pang challenges and problems in the future but I know I can handle and solve them all haan ko lang sariliin.

“But as for you, be strong and do not give up, for your work will be rewarded.” 2 Chronicles 15

— this Bible verse states that your hard works will be worth it in the end.

NANAY! Da Best Ka!

Mother's Day in the Philippines is not just a celebration but a deeply ingrained tradition that honors the significant role mothers play in Filipino families and society. With roots in both indigenous customs and Spanish-influenced Catholic traditions, Mother's Day in the Philippines is a time for families to express their love, gratitude, and respect for mothers in various heartfelt ways.

Family Gatherings and Feasts

One of the hallmark ways Mother's Day is celebrated in the Philippines is through family gatherings and feasts. Families come together to celebrate the maternal figures in their lives, whether it be their mothers, grandmothers, or aunts. These gatherings often involve elaborate meals prepared with love, featuring traditional Filipino dishes that hold special significance. From adobo to pancit to lechon, the feast is a symbol of abundance and appreciation for the sacrifices mothers make for their families.

Acts of Service

On Mother's Day, Filipino children often go out of their way to pamper their mothers and show their appreciation through acts of service. This can include anything from preparing breakfast in bed to cleaning the house to giving massages. Filipino families understand the importance of showing gratitude through actions, and Mother's Day provides the perfect opportunity to spoil mothers and make them feel cherished.

Gift-Giving and Thoughtful Gestures

Gift-giving is another integral part of Mother's Day celebrations in the Philippines. Children and family members often take the time to select meaningful gifts that reflect their appreciation for their mothers. These gifts can range from flowers and chocolates to personalized items and heartfelt letters. The gesture of giving gifts is not just about the material value but about the sentiment behind it, expressing gratitude and love in tangible form.

 Visits to Churches

In a predominantly Catholic country like the Philippines, Mother's Day often includes visits to churches and shrines dedicated to the Virgin Mary, who holds a special place in Filipino culture as the ultimate maternal figure. Families attend Mass together to offer prayers and thanksgiving for the gift of motherhood. Some families also make pilgrimages to Marian shrines across the country, such as the Our Lady of Manaoag Shrine or the Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage Shrine, to seek blessings and intercession for their mothers.

In conclusion, Mother's Day in the Philippines is a cherished tradition that celebrates the enduring bond between mothers and their children. From family gatherings and feasts to acts of service and gift-giving, Filipino families go above and beyond to honor and appreciate the maternal figures in their lives. Through these heartfelt gestures and traditions, Mother's Day serves as a reminder of the invaluable role mothers play in shaping families, communities, and society as a whole.

Empowering Individual Impact

In a world yearning for transformation, the mantra "Change, It Starts With Me" echoes the truth that each person holds the potential to ignite positive change. While the aspiration to reshape the world is shared by many, the journey towards meaningful transformation begins with introspection and personal commitment.

Firstly, self-awareness lays the foundation for impactful change. By understanding our values, beliefs, and aspirations, we gain clarity on the causes that resonate deeply within us. This self-awareness serves as a compass guiding us towards areas where our efforts can make a tangible difference. Once armed with self-awareness, identifying areas of impact becomes the next step. Whether it's advocating for environmental conservation, championing social justice, or fostering educational equity, pinpointing specific issues allows us to focus our energy and resources where they are most needed. Setting actionable goals propels us from intention to action. Breaking down our aspirations into manageable steps not only makes change seem more attainable but also provides a roadmap for progress. Whether it's committing to volunteer regularly, reducing personal carbon footprint, or amplifying marginalized voices, setting clear objectives empowers us to turn aspirations into reality.

Leading by example amplifies our influence and inspires others to join the cause. By embodying the values and behaviors we advocate for, we become living embodiments of the change we wish to see in the world. Our actions serve as beacons of inspiration, encouraging others to follow suit and join the collective effort towards a brighter future. Lastly, fostering collaboration and collective action magnifies our impact exponentially. By connecting with like-minded individuals, organizations, and communities, we pool resources, share knowledge, and amplify our voices. Through collaboration, we realize that our individual efforts, no matter how small, are part of a larger movement towards systemic change.

In essence, "Change, It Starts With Me" is a call to action, reminding us that the power to shape the world lies within each of us. By cultivating self-awareness, setting goals, leading by example, and fostering collaboration, we unlock our potential as agents of positive change. As we embark on this journey of transformation, let us remember that even the smallest actions can spark waves of impact, shaping a better world for generations to come.

Remembering Araw ng Kagitingan: Honoring Filipino Valor

Araw ng Kagitingan, also known as the Day of Valor, stands as a poignant reminder of the bravery and sacrifice of Filipino fighters during World War II. On April 9th, 1942, the Fall of Bataan marked a pivotal moment in Philippine history as American and Filipino soldiers, under the combined command of General Douglas MacArthur, fought valiantly against overwhelming Japanese forces. Despite enduring harsh conditions and facing insurmountable odds, these soldiers demonstrated unwavering courage and resilience in defense of their homeland.

Commemorating Araw ng Kagitingan serves as a tribute to the countless heroes who gallantly defended the Philippines during one of the darkest chapters in its history. Their steadfast determination and indomitable spirit in the face of adversity exemplify the true essence of valor. It is a day to honor the sacrifices made by those who fought and perished, as well as those who endured unspeakable hardships as prisoners of war.

Beyond honoring the past, Araw ng Kagitingan also serves as a reminder of the importance of preserving freedom and sovereignty. It is a call to reflect on the lessons learned from history and to strive for peace and unity in the present. The valor exhibited by the Filipino fighters continues to inspire future generations to uphold the values of courage, patriotism, and sacrifice in the pursuit of a better future for the nation.
As Filipinos come together on Araw ng Kagitingan, it is a time to pay homage to the enduring legacy of heroism that defines the nation’s identity. It is a day to honor the courage of those who fought for freedom and to reaffirm the commitment to uphold their legacy. Through remembrance and reflection, Araw ng Kagitingan stands as a testament to the resilience of the Filipino spirit and the enduring power of valor in shaping the nation’s destiny.

the Colorful and Vintage History of San Vicente

San Vicente, Ilocos Sur is a small town located in the northern part of the Philippines. It has a rich history that dates back to the Spanish colonial period. The town was founded in the 16th century by Spanish conquistadors who were exploring the northern regions of the Philippines.

During our third quarter ma'am Evelyn assigned us to do a Community Based research in our community and i’m grouped in the San vicente group even though i’m from vigan because there are only two students from maxwell that live in san vicente.

I’ve learned and gained alot of informations and about the history of san vicente thanks to Dr. Rotor, who helped us with our research, told us that San Vicente used to be called "Little Florence" because of the amazing furniture and statues made by its people.

In conclusion learning about history is soo memorable and spend time and socialize. Thanks to Maam Evelyn Reyes-Vera Cruz i have gained more friends in our classroom and learned about html tags and we all apply what maam evelyn had taught us.

1 More to Go!

This third quarter has taught me a lot. In the second quarter, I stated that my struggles both inside and outside of school have made me a fighter. However, this third quarter has taught me that every fighter needs to rest; it's okay to take a break and recharge for your next battle in life. This quarter, I've also realized that trust is essential for a positive relationship with people. There are moments when you think you can rely on the person you trust the most, but you never know what will happen because it can be difficult to regain their faith and trust in you.

During the third quarter, the material discussed in class became too fascinating for me to ignore. Through ICT, I learned about Frames, the HTML List, and many other topics. Web developers can organize a collection of similar elements into lists by using HTML List. With HTML frames, you may create several areas in your browser window, each of which can load a different HTML document. A frameset is a grouping of frames in the browser window. Similar to how tables are arranged into rows and columns, the window is divided into frames. Thank you, Ma’am Evelyn Reyes-Vera Cruz and Sir____ for teaching us about HTML.

Among the things I have studied in this course is community-based research (CBR), a methodological approach that prioritizes community relationships.

In the next quarter, I hope to find out more, and regardless of what transpires or how things turn out, I want to remind myself that you have my utmost admiration. Remember your objectives at all times, but don't forget to take care of yourself. This third one. Overall, I would say that this quarter was incredibly tough, but I am glad that I made it through, and I hope that next quarter will be even easier for me. Hopefully makahigh honors nako this third quarter so that I can make my parents proud again.
